Equipment & Tools
Fleet register, tool inventory, maintenance log
What is this?
Every machine and tool you own in one register — purchase price, estimated current value, serial number, where it's kept — plus a per-machine maintenance log.
Where the values come from
Estimates apply a typical annual depreciation rate per category (tractors ~9%/yr, sprayers ~14%, power tools ~15%, hand tools ~5%) to your purchase price, with a floor at 15% of purchase. A value you enter yourself always wins over the estimate — it's a starting point, not an appraisal.
Maintenance log
The history icon on each row opens the service log: oil changes, filters, repairs with cost, hour reading, and who did the work. A newer hour reading advances the machine's hour meter automatically. Lifetime upkeep shows on the row.
The exports
CSV = an insurance schedule and lender balance sheet (serials, locations, values, maintenance totals). Service CSV = the full dated repair history — what you hand a buyer at resale or a dealer for warranty.
Just want this tool?
That's fine — the register works completely on its own. Many farms use AleroAG only for this.
