Tank mix

How much of each product goes in the sprayer

What is this?

Tank size, gallons per acre, acres to cover, and each product's rate off the label. You get the amount of each product per full load, how many loads the job takes, what the partial last load takes, and the order to put it in the tank.

Where the numbers come from

Acres per load = tank ÷ carrier rate. Product per load = rate × acres per load, converted to gallons and fluid ounces or pounds. Percent v/v is figured on the water in that load. Water = tank less the liquid product.

The order

Water to half, water conditioner (AMS) first, dries (WP, DF, WDG) with agitation, flowables, ECs, solutions, then surfactants and oils last so they do not foam, then the rest of the water. If a label says different, the label wins. Jar-test a new mix.

Saved mixes

Name a mix and save it; it comes back with the tank and carrier you used. Mixes live in this browser for now.

Nothing here is financial, agronomic, or legal advice. The deterministic tools (breakevens, marketing math, harvest shrink) are exact arithmetic on your numbers. The AI features interpret, and they never save anything without your confirmation.
