Your whole farm, in one place.
Plan it. Log it. Sell it. Every field, machine, and bushel, from the office PC or the phone in the cab. Start with one tool and add the rest when it earns it.
Free for farms and ranches. Use it without an account; sign up to sync devices and turn on alerts.
Use one tool. Use them all. Nothing breaks either way.

Pick the one thing that hurts
Selling grain? Start with Grain sales and a price alert. Losing track of machines? The Equipment register. Want a notebook? My Fields and Farm Records.

Add fields when you are ready
Draw boundaries on satellite imagery or import a CSV or GeoJSON. Acreage, weather, rainfall, and spray windows attach to each field automatically.

Let Today do the watching
Once there is data, the Today page answers what needs attention: a sell target hit, a spray window opening, rain logged overnight, a record due. One tap into the right tool.

Every tool
Every tool, one place.
Practical tools that replace gut feel with your own numbers. Built for independent farms and ranches, one module at a time.
Today
What needs doing today: a sell target that is close, a spray day opening, last night's rain, harvest progress, and anything due. One tap into the right tool.
My fields
Draw each field on the satellite map or bring in the FSA boundaries. Acres figured for you, and weather and rain tracked for that spot.
Farm records
The notebook. Planting, spraying, harvest, rain, and inputs by field, dated, searchable, and on every device you sign in on.
Breakeven
Put in your costs per acre and see what a bushel has to bring, and what each field makes at today's board price.
Grain sales
Track every sale and contract against your expected production — % sold, weighted average price, and open exposure at today's market.
Equipment & tools
Every machine and shop tool: what you paid, what it is worth now, serial numbers, where it sits, and a list you can hand the insurance agent.
Scale tickets
Log each load the way the elevator ticket reads it: gross, tare, moisture, test weight, net bushels after shrink, and how the field is coming in against what you expected.
Ask
Ask a question about your fields, the market, or what to spray, and get an answer that knows your farm.
Price alerts
Name a price for corn, beans, or wheat and get an email when the board hits it. Checked every hour on market days.
Field sheet
One page per field. Pulls live weather, seed plan, spray window, and target-crop price into one screen so you don't bounce between tools.
Bins
What is in each bin, what it is worth at today's board, and a price to sell at.
Markets
Board prices, basis, the seasonal pattern, and the headlines that move them.
Weather
Seven days out for your fields: soil temperature, rain, and wind.
Elevator bids
Who is paying what today at the elevators around you, without the phone calls.
Seed & planting
Population, seed cost, and bags per field, with the hybrid's own guide read in from the manual.
Equipment taxes
Section 179, bonus depreciation, or a lease on the next machine, in dollars, side by side.
Read a label
Take a picture of the jug. Get the rate, the wind limit, the rain-fast time, and what to wear.
Tank mix
Tank size, gallons per acre, acres, and each product's rate. What goes in a full load, how many loads, the partial last load, and the order into the tank.
What is wrong with this plant
Take a picture of the leaf or stalk. Get the likely disease, bug, or shortage, how bad it is, and what to do about it.
Spray days
The next two days of wind, rain, and temperature against what the label allows. Shows you when to go.
County yields
Your county's yields going back years, with the trend and the range it usually lands in, against your own target.
Crop insurance
Estimate RP / YP coverage, federal subsidy, breakeven yield, and payout scenarios across drought, low-price, and combined-loss cases.
Row crops today. The whole operation next.
Everything on this page is live. This is what is being built now, in the order it is coming.
Livestock
Dairy and beef herds alongside the crop tools: head counts by group, feed and treatment records, sales, and the same breakeven math applied to a pen instead of a field. Other animals follow the same model.
Inventory across the operation
Grain storage and the equipment register already exist. Inputs, chemicals, parts, and feed join them, so what is on hand and what it is worth lives in one place, with the same CSV exports.
Tell us what you need
AleroAG is built with the farms using it. If a tool would save you an hour a week, say so. The equipment register and price alerts both started as a request.

Your numbers, not a guess
Breakevens, marketing math, harvest shrink, and the Today cards are straight arithmetic on data you entered and live CME prices. The only AI on the site is the Ask and Crop Scout, and neither saves anything until you confirm it.
Your data stays yours
Every tool exports CSV. Use most of it without an account, with data kept in your browser. A free account syncs across devices and turns on email alerts. Nothing is sold or shared, and the AI runs on our own servers, not a third-party AI company.
Start with one tool
Every module works alone. Plenty of farms use only the equipment register or one price alert. Add fields when you want the notebook, budgets when you want breakevens, and Today ties it together once there is something to tie.
The things people ask first.
Every tool also has a ? button and a written guide.
Read the guides →Is it really free?+
Yes. Every tool on this site is free for farms and ranches. A free account adds cross-device sync, the record-keeping modules, email price alerts, and the Monday digest. There is no paid tier to be upsold into.
Do I need an account to try it?+
No. Most tools work signed out, with your data kept in this browser. When you create an account later, what you entered imports into it automatically.
Where do the prices come from?+
Live CME front-month futures, refreshed every five minutes on market days, plus cash bids from the elevators you pick on the Elevator Hub. Livestock and dairy futures are on the Markets page too.
Does it work on a phone in the cab?+
Yes. It is a web app that installs to your home screen. Scale tickets is designed for a bouncing cab: big buttons, three taps per load, and it remembers your field between loads.
Is AI making decisions about my farm?+
No. Breakevens, marketing, storage, and harvest math are exact arithmetic on your numbers. The Ask and Crop Scout use AI to interpret, and they cannot save a record or a sale until you confirm it. They run on our own servers, not a third-party AI company.
Can I get my data out?+
Every module has a CSV export: fields, records, budgets, sales, equipment with serials and values, and the service log. It is your data. Take it with you any time.
Can I import my fields from another system?+
Yes, as a CSV of your field list or a GeoJSON boundary export from your farm-management or GIS software. Acreage and location are computed from each boundary automatically.
What about livestock?+
Dairy and beef are being designed now, using the same breakeven and inventory model applied to a herd instead of a field. Cattle, hog, and Class III milk futures are already on the Markets page.
Bring the whole operation together.
A free account syncs your fields, records, and marketing between the office PC and the phone in the cab. Start with one tool. Use more when it earns it.
